The yearly Sun City challenge is under way in South Africa and this years invitational event boasts a star field of 12 of the biggest names in the sport. For those of you who like the thrill of in play betting then there is nothing better than golf as a medium for that type of activity.

Graeme McDowell leads currently by one shot but the field is comprised of a dozen names all of which could take the title on merit. The German Martin Kaymer has already proved himself to be formidable over the  past two years and recorded amazing consistency.

The Gary Player Country Club hosts the event which has $5 million in prize money up for grabs. Last years winner Lee Westwood is also in the field as are World Number 1 Luke Donald and Open Champion Darren Clarke. But McDowell could well continue the run of success by Irish Golfers of late after successes by Padraig Harrington, Rory Mcilroy and Darren Clarke in majors in recent years.
