Can Woods end the barren run?

Betting Tips | 04-12-11

Tiger Woods goes into his final round of the Chevron World Challenge at the Sherwood Country Club in California just one shot adrift of overnight leader Zach Johnson. Woods looked like his old self during the first two rounds shooting a very solid 69 followed by an impressive 67. However the old demons started to return as an error filled round led to him carding a 73 yesterday and was overtaken by Johnson.

But one player who may be worth a bet in-play could be KJ Choi. After shooting a hugely impressive 66 on day one then he has slipped off the radar somewhat with rounds of 73 and 72 but KJ is certainly one player who has the mentality to handle final day pressure.

We already know that Woods has done it in the past but whether he is in the right state of mind or not having not won an event in so long is anyones guess. Realistically then only 6-7 players have a chance if Johnson continues to play so solidly and even if he shoots a 72 then the others lower down the field would have to shoot 65-66 just to get into contention.
