The world champions India will be looking to bounce back in the 3rd Test against Australia after two pretty sound beatings in the first two games. India are a very proud cricketing nation and those two losses will have stung them for sure. What has been lacking so far in this series is the absence of the world class batting line up of the Indians and they have only posted one decent innings in four attempts.

In the four innings that they have played in this series to date they twice failed to reach 200 and made another sub-par total of 282 in their opening innings of the first test. Only the 400 that they made in the second innings of the second test was a decent total. Australia on the other hand have definitely been on top but it also goes to show how vulnerable the Indian side can be when their batsmen fail to make adequate runs.

The Australian attack though has been performing really well and it could be more of the same for india here in Perth. It is difficult for any touring side to claw their way back from a 2-0 deficit and the chances are that it will be more likely to be a 3-0 scoreline than a 2-1 scoreline after this test match is finished.
